At Trivium, we bring a strong on-the-ground presence across Hong Kong, Japan, and Taiwan, with expertise spanning asset management, operations, technology, and transactions.
The team is currently managing US$900m+ AUM (asset value), and we partner with institutional investors, financial institutions, creditors, family offices, and high-net-worth clients to deliver tailored solutions across Asia.
We target core, value-add, and leisure hotels (limited-service to mid-scale), leveraging flexible rental/management structures with local partners.
In the Living sector, we focus on off-market, yield-driven opportunities in supply-constrained, high-demand markets.
We pursue opportunities in hospitality, residential, and commercial assets, as well as credit opportunities, unlocking value through repositioning, refinancing, and upgrades aligned with market trends.
We deliver best-in-class asset management across Hong Kong’s real estate sectors — including sourcing, leasing, sales & marketing, and disposals. Our clients include institutional investors, financial institutions, creditors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals. By integrating AI-driven and marketing tools, we optimize operations and maximize returns.
We pursue opportunities in infrastructure, hospitality, proptech, and platform businesses (e.g., utilities, data centers, lodging) with a focus on sustainable, long-term growth.
